BIO
Jeffrey Halkovich is the founder and managing partner of Halkovich Law, LLC. For over 17 years, Jeffrey has devoted his practice to the diligent and effective representation of healthcare providers. He is well regarded in New Jersey and the surrounding areas as a top healthcare litigator, and his practice includes reimbursement disputes involving commercial insurance, self insured plans, personal injury protection (PIP) and worker's compensation. In addition, he has defended healthcare providers in RICO matters, fraud allegation actions, and post-payment audits. Mr. Halkovich also counsels clients on billing and collection policies.
Mr. Halkovich has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a rising star from 2010 through 2013, and 2018 through 2019. He graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick in 2001 and New York Law School in 2005. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

BIO
James Greenspan is of counsel to the firm and concentrates his practice on the representation of medical providers in reimbursement disputes with commercial health insurance carriers. James’ practice is active in the New Jersey, New York, and Federal “Surprise Bill” arbitration forums, as well as state and federal litigation. Over the past ten plus years, James has won thousands of arbitration awards and recovered over 30 million dollars for his medical provider clients.
James is a former member of the Forthright Advisory Council for No-Fault Disputes in the State of New Jersey, which is responsible for revising arbitration rules and the selection and review of dispute resolution professionals. He has also lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on the topic of PIP arbitrations, and for the Healthcare Financial Management Association on medical revenue recovery.
James graduated Cum Laude from Villanova University in 2006, and Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and New York, and federally in The United States District for the District of New Jersey as well as The United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
